By installing or using the caracheck mobile application or the caracheck.com website, you agree to these terms.
The service
caracheck provides pre-trip caravan checklists, a weight calculator, and a vehicle catalog. The information is provided "as is" for planning purposes. caracheck is not a substitute for a certified weighbridge measurement when one is legally required.
Subscriptions
An optional Pro subscription is available through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your Google Play account settings before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the service for any purpose that violates law in your jurisdiction.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, caracheck and its operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to incorrect weight estimates, missed checklist items, or interrupted service. Always verify safety-critical values with appropriate equipment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
